The flexibility in design allowed the integration of various services ranging from TV chatting to Web portals, announcements, bulk messaging and marketing competitions. The system assumes state of the art hardware and software with virtually unlimited capabilities. Currently, the system is interconnected with operators in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Kuwait and UK, with provision for future expansion.

As the primary focus of our VAS platform, we strive to provide cutting edge SMS service to our clients & customers. In line with this goal we have developed a platform that can be used to reach mobile users anywhere in Saudi Arabia as long as they have a functional Mobile connection.

TxT TV and Premium Short Message Service (SMS)

We took the pioneering lead as a media solution provider to enhance our audiotex services by adopting a premium interactive SMS. In close collaboration with Saudi Telecom, we introduced the Abwab Coding that allows end users to interactively access Islamic Information (prayer times, hadeeth, etc.), Economic Services (stock prices), Social Services (greetings, family information, etc.), News (breaking news), Entertainment (games, jokes, etc.), Civil Affairs, etc.

Also, in cooperation with companies and organizations, we implemented interactive services that offered games or contests with prizes. To name a few, we had Pepsi’s promo campaign where a participant sent a code found in a Pepsi can to a dedicated number via SMS. Another was the Ramadan contests at the Saudi TV. In both examples, millions of end users participated and many won prizes and received surprises.
