Huawei is a technology partner: the network equipment and the software on it are Huawei’s, and the design, integration, deployment and support on Saudi networks are done by Interkey’s own engineers. Work begins with the network in question — the sites, the traffic, the systems the equipment has to integrate with and the operator or enterprise standards it must meet — in a first scoping conversation that says which of those Interkey’s team carries.
Pricing is scoped per project: equipment is quoted at the vendor’s terms and Interkey’s integration, deployment and support work is a written scope beside it. Nothing here is a status claim about a programme tier or a certification; the relationship stated is the work Interkey does with the technology. Does Interkey resell Huawei equipment or integrate it?
The value is in the integration: network design, deployment into a live estate, and ongoing support from Riyadh. Interkey has also distributed 5G products in the Kingdom. Which parts apply to a given project depends on what you are building, worth establishing at the outset.
Can Interkey support a mixed-vendor network?
Yes, and in practice that is the normal case. Saudi networks are rarely single-vendor; they accumulate equipment over many years. Integration work is mostly about making new equipment coexist with what is already installed.
Is support provided locally?
Yes. Interkey has operated from Riyadh since 1999, with engineering and support in the same time zone and working week as the networks it supports, in Arabic and English.
