This notice applies to the Interkey website at interkey.com.sa, in English and Arabic. It covers the information you provide when you use the site, the way Interkey uses that information, optional analytics and the consent that controls it, and how long information is kept. It describes the website only; agreements between Interkey and its customers are governed by their own terms.

When you use a contact or enquiry form on this website, you provide the details you enter in that form: typically your name, an email address, your organisation, a phone number where you choose to give one, and the message you write. Every form on this website is Interkey’s own and submits to Interkey; you are not sent to another company’s website to make an enquiry.

The website also keeps one item of necessary storage in your browser: your own analytics choice, so that the site remembers it on your next visit.

Interkey uses the information you submit through its website to understand your request, route it to the appropriate team, and respond to you. This may include your name, business contact details, organisation, and the information you choose to include in your message.

Interkey does not use the details of an enquiry for advertising, and it does not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.

Analytics help us understand which pages are useful. They remain off until you choose to allow them, and you can change your choice at any time.

Interkey does not sell information submitted through its website. Information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, meet applicable obligations, and protect the website and its users.

Enquiries are handled by Interkey’s own team and are not stored on this website. Your analytics choice is kept in your own browser, under your control, and identifies nothing about you.
