Survey software in Saudi Arabia, in Arabic and English

Survey software lets you design a survey, send it to the people you want to hear from, and analyse what comes back. QuestionPro is a survey and customer experience platform that Interkey implements in Saudi Arabia: we design the programme around your questions, implement the platform and integrate it with your systems, in Arabic and English. The platform is QuestionPro's. Interkey's work is the programme around it.

In short

  • What it is: software to design surveys, send them and analyse the results, provided by QuestionPro.
  • What Interkey does: designs the programme, implements the platform and integrates it with your systems, in Arabic and English.
  • Who it is for: organisations with customers, staff or beneficiaries they want to hear from at scale.
  • Where: Saudi Arabia, from Interkey's team in Riyadh.
  • How it is bought: a quote per programme, with platform licensing shown separately because it is QuestionPro's.

What survey software does

QuestionPro describes its survey software as a way to design, send and analyse online surveys. That is the cycle of any survey programme: you write the questions, distribute them on the channels people actually answer on, and read what comes back. Software alone does not decide what to ask, or who acts on the answer. That is where Interkey's work begins.

Why a survey needs a programme around it

Most organisations already collect feedback in scattered places and never see one picture. Interkey starts from the journey: which moments to ask at, what a bad answer triggers and who owns the follow-up. We then implement and configure the platform and integrate it with the systems the answers are about, such as CRM, support desk and messaging. That is systems integration work, and it is core to what Interkey does.

Surveys and results are delivered in Arabic and English, because a programme that only listens in English measures a fraction of its customers. Before the first survey goes out, we settle where response data is hosted, who can see identified responses and how long they are kept.

How a survey programme starts

  1. Choose the moments.

Where to ask, such as after onboarding, purchase, support or renewal, and what you need to learn at each.

  2. Design the surveys.

Short questions in Arabic and English, with logic that takes each respondent to the questions that concern them.

  3. Implement and integrate.

Configure the platform and channels, connect your systems and set who can see what.

  4. Operate.

Send, read the results and close the loop with the teams who act on them.

How it is bought

QuestionPro is a technology partner and the platform is its product. Pricing is scoped per programme: platform licensing is QuestionPro's and quoted on the vendor's terms, and Interkey's programme design and operation is a written scope beside it. We do not publish prices here. For the wider picture see the QuestionPro implementation page, or go straight to customer satisfaction measurement and the customer experience platform.

Questions buyers ask about survey software

Is QuestionPro an Interkey product?

No. QuestionPro is a technology partner and the platform is its product. Interkey designs, implements and integrates the programmes that run on it in Saudi Arabia.

Can surveys run in Arabic and English?

Yes, and in this market they should. Interkey designs the programme in both languages: the surveys customers see, and the analysis and reporting your teams work from.

Can surveys connect to our systems?

Yes. The programme usually connects to the systems the answers are about, such as CRM, support desk and messaging. That is systems integration work.

Where is response data hosted and who sees it?

That is settled before the first survey goes out: where the data is hosted, who can see identified responses and how long they are kept.

How much does it cost?

Each programme is quoted by scope. Platform licensing is QuestionPro's and is shown separately on the vendor's terms; Interkey's design and operation is a written scope beside it.
